  • Associate Software Engineer

    As an Associate Software Engineer, entry-level position, you should have a willingness to learn. We’re looking for someone who loves working productively as part of a high performing team.

    You are expected to have a foundational understanding of software development, a solid understanding of our roadmap and the ability to identify core problems through investigation and replication.

  • Software Engineer

    As a Software Engineer you’ll be deeply curious and fascinated by your work. You will also demonstrate a willingness to listen to other opinions, thriving in an environment of communication. We expect a similarly foundational understanding to our associates in terms of software development.

    This level is where you’ll really get into the NAVEX swing of things.

  • Associate Senior Software Engineer

    Our Associate Senior Software Engineers use software development best practices, patterns and industry standards to build, configure, and deliver quality products.

    However, we still expect you to require frequent guidance – after all, nobody’s perfect.

  • Senior Software Engineer

    We expect to see a step up from our Senior Software Engineers. You’ll be able to leverage agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered outcomes. A Senior Software Engineer thinks like a consumer and understands the ultimate end-user experience.

    You will be able to support problems through to resolution. Managing and organizing their time effectively to execute on priorities whilst handling incoming requests.

  • Staff Software Engineer

    A Staff Software Engineer requires intermediate proficiency in collaboration, programming, development, and problem-solving. They review colleagues' work, providing guidance and feedback, fostering mutual respect and cooperation.

    They communicate issues to stakeholders, building relationships beyond their team and knowing whom to involve in problem-solving.

  • Senior Staff Software Engineer

    Senior Staff Software Engineers require an expert level of proficiency. They facilitate availability and optimum usage of people and technical resources across teams. Contributing to team policies, standards and guidelines for software development.

    Principal Software Engineers influence stakeholders across all organizational levels. You will plan and lead software development for strategic projects, resolving issues effectively.
